The website gives general information about DocBoost and our marketing services for dental and optometry clinics. It isn't professional, legal or regulatory advice. Every clinic is different, so please talk to us before making decisions based on what you read here.

Any services we provide are covered by a separate written agreement between your clinic and DocBoost. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement applies. Prices, plans and service details on the website may change and are confirmed in your agreement.

When you sign up through the offer on our website, we give you a code for 10% off your clinic's first invoice with DocBoost.

• Mention the code before you accept your quote.
• One code per clinic, for new clients only.
• It applies to your first invoice and can be combined with our yearly Website Support pricing.
• It has no cash value and can't be exchanged.

We may change or end the offer at any time. If we end it, we'll update this section, and codes we've already sent stop working 30 days later.

We work hard to help clinics get more patients, but results depend on many things outside our control, such as your location, competition and search engine changes. Nothing on the website is a promise of specific rankings, bookings or revenue.

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful
• try to break into, damage or disrupt the website or its systems
• copy, scrape or reuse the website's content for commercial purposes without our permission
• send us false information through our forms

The text, design, logos and other content on the website belong to DocBoost or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

The website may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it's provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or free of viruses.

To the extent the law allows, DocBoost isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the website or relying on its content.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
