Questions
Why don't you list prices for marketing?
Every clinic's area, competition and treatments are different, so one price would be too much for some clinics and too little for others. The free audit shows what you need, and the quote shows what it costs.
What's in the free audit?
A short written review of your website, your Google listing and how you show up when nearby patients search: what's working, what's missing, and the first thing we'd fix. No website yet? We'll look at how you show up on Google instead.
Is the Google Ads budget included?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google, so you always see exactly where it goes. We'll suggest a starting budget in your quote, and you can change it anytime.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. You can pay for Website Support month to month, or pay for the year upfront at a lower price. Monthly plans can be stopped anytime, and yearly plans run for the year you've paid for. For marketing services, the terms are in your quote.
Is hosting included?
Not in Website Support. We can host your website for you on our managed WordPress hosting, billed yearly, or you can keep your current host.
Can I change my Website Support plan later?
Yes. On a monthly plan, you can move up or down from your next month. On a yearly plan, you can move up anytime and pay the difference, and move down when your plan renews.
Do I need a new website to start?
No. We work with the website you have. If it's holding you back, we'll tell you, and you can get a quote for a new one.
